On September 9th, the 23rd International Photovoltaic Power Generation Exhibition (PV EXPO Autumn Exhibition) opened at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. Sound Barrier: Three-Layer Structure for Professional Noise Reduction
Designed for industrial and urban noise environments, the composite sound barrier employs a three-layer structure: an outer perforated metal plate absorbs high-frequency noise; a middle layer of high-density rock wool provides broadband sound absorption and also offers fire resistance and heat insulation; and an inner non-perforated panel blocks mid- and low-frequency noise. The overall noise reduction effect reaches 2.6 to 18 dB, and it can withstand harsh environments such as those with salt pollution.
