PROFENCE.ENERGY has successfully completed the production and packaging of a batch of ZAM ground-mount racking systems, now en route to Hokkaido, Japan, for use in several local photovoltaic (PV) power projects.

Hokkaido’s long, snowy winters, combined with strong coastal winds and high humidity, impose exceptionally rigorous requirements on the structural strength and corrosion resistance of PV mounting systems. The ZAM ground-mount racking systems shipped for this project are specifically engineered to excel in these challenging conditions. Featuring a high-quality Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium (ZAM) coating, the systems offer superior corrosion resistance, effectively mitigating the risk of rust in extreme environments and ensuring long-term structural stability.
In terms of project adaptability, the racking system supports highly flexible, customized designs. This delivery accommodates various dimensions and spans, precisely matching the requirements for projects with installed capacities such as 2MW and 1.6MW, thereby fully meeting the diverse development needs of local clients.

From detailed design and high-standard manufacturing to final packaging and loading, PROFENCE.ENERGY maintains strict quality control over every stage of the delivery process. This successful shipment not only reaffirms the company’s robust capabilities in manufacturing high-performance racking systems but also further strengthens its solid reputation within the Japanese market.
we remain committed to supporting PV projects across the globe—under any climatic conditions—with reliable products and efficient service.
