The 1MW mountain-mounted fixed photovoltaic support system supplied by PROFENCE.ENERGY has successfully completed its phased
installation in Italy, and the project construction is progressing steadily according to plan.
Located in a gently sloping mountainous region of Italy with significant terrain variations, this project utilizes PROFENCE.ENERGY's mature
mountain-specific fixed support solution. The support system is constructed entirely of high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel, consisting
of customized height columns, inclined main beams, module purlins, and lateral bracing components. The column height can be flexibly
adjusted according to the slope of the site, ensuring that the photovoltaic module array maintains a uniform optimal tilt angle for sunlight
reception without the need for extensive site leveling. Combined with a double-sided airflow guiding structure design, it effectively guides
airflow, reduces wind resistance, significantly improves wind pressure resistance, and extends the module's sunlight exposure time,
optimizing power generation efficiency.

Considering the high labor costs in Europe, our engineers adopted a simplified design using a monopile bolted assembly structure: all
components are prefabricated in the factory and directly assembled on-site with bolts, eliminating the need for additional accessories
and welding work, significantly reducing construction difficulty and labor costs. In terms of materials, the support structure uses
SOZAMC coating material—this material has similar performance to aluminum-magnesium-zinc coating, but with a higher aluminum
content and stronger corrosion resistance, able to withstand the corrosion of complex outdoor environments and meet the design life
requirements of photovoltaic power plants of over 25 years.
The overall project construction is progressing smoothly, and the client has expressed high satisfaction with PROFENCE.ENERGY's
support structure solution and on-site cooperation, laying a solid foundation for PROFENCE.ENERGY to further expand its presence
in the European mountain photovoltaic market.
